Bryton Smith is a senior in mechanical engineering at BYU with an emphasis in aerospace and a minor in business management (expected graduation April 2021). He joined the Frost lab in August, 2020.
Bryton’s interests include flight vehicle design, mechatronics systems, and robotics. He has served in the leadership of the Mechatronics Club for multiple years, designing and building multiple controlled and autonomous vehicles. Additionally, he is working as a member of the BYU Mars Rover competition team at BYU for his senior Capstone project. His hobbies include water-skiing, snow-skiing, soccer, tennis, and visiting national and state parks.
